I signed up but didn't get the confirmation email. Where is it?

Almost always it's in your junk / spam folder, and in Gmail it may be under the Promotions or Updates tab. The email comes from [email protected] with the subject “Confirm your signup”. It usually arrives within a minute or two.

To make sure you get this and future emails from us:

• Add [email protected] to your contacts or safe-senders list.
• If you found it in spam, open it and choose “Not junk” / “Report not spam”.
• Still nothing after 5 minutes? Email us at [email protected] and we'll confirm your account manually.

Why do I have to confirm my email at all?

Confirming proves the address is yours, keeps your account secure, and makes sure password resets and receipts actually reach you. Click the button in the confirmation email once, and you're set. You won't be asked again.

The password-reset email didn't arrive either.

Same fix as above: check junk / spam and the Gmail Promotions tab, and whitelist [email protected]. Reset links are single-use and expire, so always click the most recent one. If it still doesn't come through, email [email protected].

How does Mathter work?

Pick a skill and grade (most skills also let you set a difficulty), choose how many problems and pages you want, and Mathter builds a printable worksheet pack as a PDF, with a matching answer key. Every pack is freshly generated and built to avoid repeats. Print it, or share the PDF.

Can I install Mathter like an app?

Yes, Mathter installs on phones, tablets, and computers with its own icon, and opens full-screen with no browser bar around it. It's the same site, so nothing to download from a store and nothing extra to keep updated.

• iPhone / iPad (Safari): tap the Share icon, scroll down, then tap “Add to Home Screen.”
• Android (Chrome): tap the ⋮ menu, then tap “Install app” (some versions show this as “Add to Home screen”).
• Windows (Chrome or Edge): click the install icon at the right edge of the address bar, then click Install.
• Mac (Chrome or Edge): same as Windows: the install icon sits in the address bar.
• Mac (Safari, macOS Sonoma or later): click the Share button and choose “Add to Dock,” or use File → “Add to Dock.”

Can I customize a pack beyond skill and grade?

Yes, the Studio's Customization section has the full set: a custom title, your own shop or school name on every page (Premium), a cover page and a step-by-step lesson page (both Standard and up), how many problems fit per page, how many worksheets are in the pack, and whether answer keys are included.

A few skills unlock more: a timed drill mode for the four fact skills, diagrams for geometry topics, blank graph paper for graphing topics, and step-by-step worked-solution answer keys. Customization only shows the options that actually apply to whatever skill and grade you've picked.

What can I do on the free plan?

You can create and download worksheet packs to try Mathter out. Every pack you generate uses 1 credit. Standard adds more credits, styles, cover pages, and lesson pages; Premium unlocks 150 credits every month, all six styles, and full branding. You can compare on the home page and upgrade anytime from your account.

What's the difference between Basic, Standard, and Premium?

Every plan generates the same code-checked worksheets and answer keys. The paid tiers add credits, more styles, bigger packs, cover pages, lesson pages, and branding:

• Basic (free): 5 credits every month, the Friendly Modern style, up to 2 worksheets per pack, and answer keys. No cover page or lesson page.
• Standard: 50 credits every month, three styles (Modern, Classic, and Notebook), up to 20 worksheets per pack, cover pages, lesson pages, and answer keys.
• Premium: 150 credits every month, all six styles, up to 40 worksheets per pack, cover pages, lesson pages, answer keys, and custom branding: your shop, school, or program name on every page, with no Mathter credit.

Answer keys and step-by-step worked solutions are included on every plan, and all ten colours are always available. Compare on the home page and upgrade anytime from your account.

How do credits work?

One credit is one generated pack, no matter how many worksheets are in it. Credits refresh every month: Basic gets 5, Standard 50, and Premium 150. Basic refreshes on a rolling 30-day cycle from signup; Standard and Premium refresh on your subscription's billing date. Previewing a single sheet in the Studio is free; a credit is only used when you generate the full pack.

Do the worksheets come with answer keys?

Yes, every pack includes a matching answer key, and you can preview it before you download. Many skills also include a short “How to” teaching page you can turn on.
