Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how Mathter's paid subscriptions — billing, cancellations, and refunds — work. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time, yourself, from Account → Manage billing. When you cancel, access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.

Refunds

Subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused time, or previously charged months. Because Mathter offers a free plan with no card required, we encourage you to try it before subscribing.

Exceptions

If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation), contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors promptly. This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
