Terms of Service
Last updated: June 27, 2026
These terms govern your use of Mathter (mathter.ca). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].
The service
Mathter generates printable math worksheet packs as PDFs. The worksheets you generate are yours to use, including printing, sharing with students, and selling the finished printable packs. You may not resell or redistribute access to the Mathter application itself.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up.
Plans & billing
- Basic plan: a limited number of packs per month at no cost.
- Standard plan: $5 CAD per month, billed automatically through Stripe. Your subscription renews monthly until you cancel.
- Premium plan: $15 CAD per month, billed automatically through Stripe. Your subscription renews monthly until you cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel your paid subscription at any time, yourself, from Account → Manage billing. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid billing period, and you are not charged again after that.
Refund policy
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or previously charged months. Cancelling simply stops future charges, and you keep your paid plan's access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Because Mathter offers a free plan, we encourage you to try it before subscribing.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service, and don't use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Disclaimers & liability
Mathter is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. While our problems and answer keys are generated by deterministic code rather than AI, you are responsible for reviewing materials before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mathter is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
Changes
We may update these terms or pricing. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and price changes will not affect your current billing period.
